Loose connections can easily occur in electronic components. When common faults occur in electronic components, the first challenge to consider is whether contact is excellent. All connectors should be inspected first. If it is found that the connections are inseparable, other issues should be considered.


If the overall design is not scientific, the use of raw materials is incorrect, the grinding tools are uneven, the production and processing specifications are deviated, the surface is not smooth, the surface treatment and electroplating process are not scientific, and the assembly is not good, all of which can cause the contact parts and mutual matching parts to become loose. If it is not properly maintained and stored in a harsh environment, it can lead to partial damage, corrosion, etc. Such incidents cannot be repaired and must be resolved through disassembly and replacement.

In the application process of the national standard aviation plug, there will be unnecessary metal materials on the surface or inside of the conductor and insulator, air pollutants such as floating dust and flux on the surface, dissolved substances of organic chemical raw materials and hazardous gas adsorption film will combine with the surface shrinkage water to produce an ionizing conductive safety channel, and the characteristics of the national standard aviation plug will be unstable due to moisture, mildew, insulation layer material embrittlement and other factors, Causing safety hazards such as short circuit faults, power loss, thermal breakdown, and poor grounding resistance, leading to unsafe factors in the application process. When encountering this difficult problem, it is necessary to terminate the work and find the reason.

If the insulation layer material is unqualified, immediately replace it with a new one; If it is caused by incorrect operation or poor maintenance, then application and security measures should be improved; If it is caused by environmental hazard, for example, when it is applied in a wet and cold corrosive natural environment, guarantee measures must be taken to prevent unnecessary damage.

If it is not fixed properly, it may endanger the reliability of touch, causing an instant shutdown of the power supply. If it is more serious, it may cause abnormal separation of the product, causing the electromagnetic energy transmission and data signal manipulation of the automatic control system to be disconnected. Generally, this can be prevented by changing the installation method.

Pay attention to the rationalization of installation and the close connection between installation and application during installation. However, if the selection of forming processing technology is not good, the selection of materials is not correct, and the quality of tempering treatment, grinding tools, assembly lines, and fusion processing handicrafts is poor, it can also lead to poor fixation.

If the national standard aviation plug has coating peeling, corrosion, scratches, molded shell burrs, cracks, deformation, etc., combined with precise positioning and clamping tolerance deviation, poor production and processing quality consistency, and excessive total separation force, it will lead to poor exchange. These common faults are usually easily detected during inspection and application.
